All requests from event planners are created equal. Some are more equal than others. (And yes, that’s a fun reference to Animal Farm by George Orwell.)
So when a meeting planner called to book keynote speaker Scott Shellstrom for their International Symposium in Italy because he teaches little-known stories and lessons inspired by Leonardo da Vinci, we just had to smile. It was the perfect setting for the perfect story – and Scott was the perfect choice.
Shellstrom inspires the unique creative force within all of us with rarely heard stories about Leonardo da Vinci, laugh-out-loud improvisational comedy, and masterpiece “fast paintings” done in four minutes.
The sensational Unleash Your Inner Da Vinci keynote is an energetic, interactive experience that motivates audiences to uncover their hidden problem-solving abilities that often hinder success. In this program, Shellstrom encourages audience members to seek new perspectives and think creatively. His presentations unite and excite teams; ignite productivity throughout organizations; and inspire unique solutions to everyday challenges.
One of the key lessons in each program is to “always seek a different perspective”. Shellstrom encourages attendees to see more than what the picture first portrays – a concept illustrated when he “fast paints” famous masterpieces upside down (in under four minutes!), and then reveals them right side up to the audience. When you seek to view everyday challenges from different perspectives, you will generate new ideas and new solutions.
This concept is also illustrated in Shellstrom’s What-Is-It-Wednesday challenge on his Facebook Page. Each week, Shellstrom posts a unique image and fans have 24 hours to guess what it is. Below are examples of some images after they have been revealed:
Facebook friends and fans are encouraged to think creatively and post any answer – making this much-anticipated weekly challenge a virtual brainstorming session that encourages creative problem-solving for everyone.
Shellstrom’s corporate programs unleash natural abilities to innovate, as team members collaborate and support each other through he process. How are you bringing creativity, innovation, and team collaboration to your company?
